BBB runs on a strict 24 hour cancellation policy on private face-to-face, zoom, and mentoring sessions. If you need to make any changes to your booked session, please do so 24 hours before your booking in order to not lose your pre-paid session.

Corporate and Guest Teaching booking cancellations or rescheduling require 72hrs notice.
