10 WAYS TO PROTECT YOUR VIBE

Absolutely everything in the entire universe carries a specific energetic frequency, whether its seen or unseen. In order to protect your energy, you need to make daily conscious choices to stop doing the things that make you feel bad, and do more of the things that make you feel good. When you are emitting your energy at a high vibrational requency, the universe will reflect that positive energy back into your life. This is simply a law of the universe baby!


To understand you energy:


  1. Become more present in your daily life and actions

  2. Create more awareness of your thought patterns

  3. Notice the highs and lows of your energy throughout the day, aka carry out an energy audit. Every hour, on the hour assess your energy on a scale of 1 - 10 (1 being least energetic, 10 being most).


A few simple things to help you get started:


  • Avoid comparing yourself to others

  • Please yourself before trying to please others

  • Avoid gossip (drama = drainer)

  • Remind yourself that it is okay to say no

  • Trust your intuition and don't do anything that doesn't feel right

  • Let go of things you cannot control

  • Ignore any opinions that don't enhance your life (*constructive critism is different)

  • Stay away from energy drainers/ users

  • Don't be afraid to spend time alone

  • Keep your faith larger than your fears

  • Surround yourself with people who feel like sunshine

  • Speak kindly to yourself

  • Prioritise your sleep

  • Digital detox when needed! Designating tech free times like when you go for a walk is an easy way to start implementing this

  • Find a morning and nightime routine that works for you


It is so important to tune in and pay close attention to your feelings. Consciously making daily changes and focusing on building good habits, will in turn protect your vibe - tenfold.
