Baylee's core belief is that Pilates is for anybody and every body. No matter your fitness or experience level, you will be catered for so you are able to get the most out of YOUR practice. For anyone with injuries/ pregnancies/ disabilities, a clearance letter from a medical professional is required.

Benefits
Pilates is a practice for life and focuses on building functional mobility and strength. It allows us to move and breathe more freely through our daily activities with more power, and less pain. With an emphasis on having strong core muscles, Pilates promotes better posture, which, in turn, can prevent or relieve the muscle tension that builds up from our day-to-day routines.

Pilates is a great form of movement on its own or is also an incredible way to cross-train as it can prevent injury. Mindfulness is a fundamental component to Pilates as it incorporates a lot of breath work, which can help relieve stress held in our mind and body. It is true when they say you FEEL the difference before you SEE the difference.
