Discuss with Baylee your current fitness level, experience, limitations, and goals so she can provide and deliver the most suitable program. For the first session or few, take it at a slower pace and lower intensity level while you are getting familiar with the equipment and exercises. Focus on technique and executing the exercises properly before progressing too quickly. On each visit, you will begin to feel the difference and work a little harder. Pilates is a low impact form of exercise that will elevate your heart rate, however, limit yourself to a pace where you can still talk comfortably.
If you experience pain or discomfort, communicate with Baylee straight away so she can offer you a regression and/or support. As is the case with any form of physical activity, the risk of injury, even serious or disabling, is always present and cannot be entirely eliminated.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Private session cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the start of the session. Failure to do so will result in forfeiting the amount paid for that session.
